Tasting notes

Nose: Intense and concentrated at cask strength; dark fruit, caramel and oak with vanilla and dried spice; proof varies by barrel

Finish: Extraordinarily long; heat, fruit, oak and vanilla fade slowly; the most intense Blanton's experience

Palate: Unfiltered and uncut; raw power and complexity simultaneously; dark cherry, chocolate, caramel and spice amplified to maximum intensity
