Doc Swinson's Exploratory Cask Reefer Madness Rye 23-00014 2023

Nose: Bright citrus, crème brûlée, toasted rye bread

Finish: Citrus marmalade gives way to fire-roasted hatch chili pepper and toasted rye bread; subtle yet long-lasting sweet tobacco (think a long draw on a rich sweet cigar; bright leading into rich earth and dried fruits)

Palate: Orange marmalade, whipped honey butter on rye toast, slight earthy biscuit-ey notes, finishes with sweet tobacco
