Tasting notes

Nose: Season 4 corn-and-wheat base with toasted new American oak; one of 40 barrels in Found North's Kelvin Cooperage toasting experiment

Finish: Long with toasted oak signature; each of the 40 Season 4 barrels has a unique profile based on toast level, char level, and firing wood

Palate: Rich and full; corn and wheat grain bill delivers wheated Canadian character; toasted new American oak from burning a specific wood type provides the barrel's individual personality
