Notes: Bold aromas of peat smoke, dark chocolate, dried fruits like raisins and figs. Intense raisins, prunes and smoke. Double-matured in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, adding layers of dried fruit, caramel, and sweet spice. Rich, well-rounded profile with sweetness from sherry casks softening the peat smoke. Satisfying aftertaste of peat, oak, and touch of spice.
