Tasting notes

Notes: Light char smoke on the nose with berry and orange peel notes, milk chocolate, and fruit-forward character. Palate is moderately full and soft with bittersweet flavors, oak warmth, dried raisins, and complex spice. The finish features hints of sherry, barrel spices, and a long, smooth character. Finished in French Oak wine casks, Spanish Oak sherry casks, and Spanish Oak sherry casks that previously held Yamazaki Single Malt Japanese Whisky, then blended with additional 8-year Kentucky Straight Bourbon.
