EverNorth Spirits Arctic Spirit Rye Whiskey Blend Volume 01 2024

Nose: Complex port wine influence layered over rye grain spice; Tawny Port dried fruit and Ruby Port dark cherry meet the Wave Stave toasted oak character

Finish: Long and complex; port sweetness, rye spice and toasted oak persist; the most premium and complex Arctic Spirit expression to date

Palate: Bold rye grain and spice from both MGP and Sagamore components; the port cask finishing adds rich fruit sweetness balanced by the Wave Stave oak
