EverNorth Spirits Night Stalker Barrel Proof Bourbon Batch 5 2026

Nose: Diverse four-distillery blend; Kentucky character from Green River and Barton anchors the blend with caramel and vanilla; Indiana depth from 12yr MGP adds complexity

Finish: Long and warming; the oldest component (12yr MGP) provides depth while the younger 5yr adds vibrancy; remarkable transparency — all four sources listed on the label

Palate: Four bourbons spanning 5-12 years from Kentucky and Indiana; the non-disclosed 65% corn component adds a slightly different character; rich and layered
